Billing and Refund Policy

This document explains the billing and refund policies of our event ticketing platform (referred to as "services") with a per-ticket fee structure. The following policy outlines when refunds will be issued for services rendered and the process for requesting a refund.

Service Fees

Our platform offers free access to its services. However, a per-ticket fee will be charged for each ticket purchased through our platform.

Billing

When using our services, you will be charged a per-ticket fee based on the type of service you choose. The billing occurs automatically as tickets are purchased. You have the flexibility to update your billing information or cancel your ticketing subscription at any time by contacting us.

Plan Changes

Upgrade: If you choose to upgrade your plan, we will adjust your fee accordingly. You will pay the old fee up until the date of the upgrade, and the new fee will apply thereafter.

Downgrade: You have the flexibility to downgrade your plan at any time. Any plan downgrades will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your services, the cancellation will take effect on the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any unused portion of your services.

Refunds

Refunds for event tickets are handled by the event organizers. If you require a refund for a ticket purchase, please contact the event organizer directly. The event organizer will process the refund according to their refund policy.

The event organizer will initiate the refund process, and funds will be returned to the source of payment within 5-9 business days. Please note that the exact timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our platform is not responsible for issuing refunds for event tickets. We encourage you to review the event organizer's refund policy before making a purchase.

Payouts

After the event ends, we will process your payouts within 3-5 business days. We understand the importance of timely payments for event organizers, and we strive to ensure that you receive your funds promptly.

Settlements: In some cases, we offer the option to provide settlements (payouts) once a week. This option is available for specific cases, and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
